This Airride kit is plug & play replaceable with the original suspension strut. The rear can be moved all the way down (flat) and up to the maximum suspension extension (as original). The height adjustment is infinitely variable. The suspension is progressive due to the air cushion. Note: When lowering, it must of course be ensured that the fender or strut does not collide with the rear wheel. Our aluminum tube swing arm for tires for 180 up to 360. We can supply the swing arm for all chain driven bikes. According to the selected tire width, we manufacture the swing arm exclusively for your bike – the installation works plug & play. Nothing has to be changed on the vehicle itself: Original swing arm out, RFB-swing arm in – done. The integrated, tensionable pinion shaft compensates the chain offset due to the wide tire. The rear wheel is centered to the vehicle at the end (no offset). Because of the tube construction, the swing arm has great stability and is very light at the same time. We offer the swing arm with different surface options such as aluminum raw, high-gloss polished or black matte / glossy powdercoated. We manufacture spoke rims for almost all motorcycles - we have made a picture selection of our already made spoke rims here, which you are welcome to use for orientation. The matching wheel hubs for the rims are manufactured according to the dimensions of your original cast wheels and can thus be installed plug & play without any further modifications in the vehicle (screw on brake discs, mount tires and install). The tires are always mounted in conjunction with inner tubes. We can offer you the original sizes (as with your cast rims) or even (if there is enough space in the swingarm and chain) wider rims. Aluminum rims go up to max. 5.5", stainless steel rims up to 10.0". Information about the choice of wheel hubs: First, decide whether you need a front or rear hub in the variant selection (depending on where the rim will be installed). If you already have suitable wheel hubs, please select "supplied by customer" and send us the wheel hub safely packed by mail (RF-Biketech GmbH, Mühlweg 10, 97702 Nüdlingen, Germany). Here, we will then spoke the selected rim ring. If you do not have a suitable wheel hub, we will manufacture it ourselves. For the front wheel hubs, please measure the inner diameter of your brake discs. If this is max. 75 mm, please select "diameter up to 150 mm", if more than 75 mm, please select "over 150 mm diameter". In the case of a rear wheel hub, generally select "diameter more than 150 mm", unless the wheels are for a single-sided swingarm with central nut mount, in which case select "diameter up to 150 mm". The wheel hubs are made of high-strength aluminum. Of course, we try to make them as light as possible. Standard are 40 spoke holes, but 60 spokes are also possible. The wheel hubs are delivered including mounted wheel bearings (C3 including dust cover). This offset kit is required to install a 300 up to 360 rear wheel in the center of the XV 1900. The belt is guided past the frame on the left. The offset pulley is additionally supported with an integrated ball bearing by the CNC-milled engine cover supplied. The original pulley wheel is used here and must be sent to us by mail. When you place your order here in the store, it is best to print out the order confirmation and put it in the package with the original pulley wheel. You then send this to us in Nuedlingen. CNC-milled swingarm for wide tires up to 280/300. The swingarm is designed and manufactured in-house and fits all V-Max models from 2009 onwards without any further modifications. The swingarm is supplied in raw aluminum, highl-gloss polished, black, etc., depending on the variant. The suitable rear wheel size is 9.0 to 10.5 x 18 inches for 280 to 300 tires.   We also supply rear wheel adapters (for original wheels) and a wheel axle. Only the left-hand exhaust pipe needs to be slightly modified. We offer our own rims here in the store as well as an original cast rim widening - you can choose yourself.
