Our own triple clamp kit makes the MT 01 look incredibly "fat". Due to the integrated handlebar stubs, the bike looks very aggressive and flat. The triple clamp kit is supplied pre-assembled with all necessary components – installation plug & play. Highly recommended for this is our small GRP fender (can be ordered in this category in the online store). The distance between the fork tubes is 40 mm larger than the original. The upper triple clamp is already prepared for the installation of the Motoscope mini with frame. The pictures show the triple clamp kit in the old and new version (new version with handlebar stubs adjustable in height and angle - the first three pictures in the gallery show the new version mounted on the vehicle, there are also pictures of the handlebar stubs in the gallery) - we only supply the new version. Due to the wider triple clamp, various additional mounting parts are required, see scope of delivery. Complete ready-to-mount spoke rim set including wheel bearings and TÜV-certificate. The rim set is manufactured by ourselves. Rim sizes: 3.5 x 17 front 6.25 x 17 rear These are stainless steel rims with 40 VA spokes and wheel hubs made of high-strength aluminum. Due to the 6.25" rear rim, tire sizes from 190/50 to 210/50 can be mounted. The spoke rims offered here are delivered either black powder coated or high gloss polished. Only the brake discs of the original wheels have to be remounted to the spoke rims. Original sprocket carriers with shock absorbers are still used. Likewise all wheel spacers etc. fit. So no further modifications are necessary. The tires must be mounted with tube. CNC-milled swingarm for wide tires up to 280/300. The swingarm is designed and manufactured in-house and fits all V-Max models from 2009 onwards without any further modifications. The swingarm is supplied in raw aluminum, highl-gloss polished, black, etc., depending on the variant. The suitable rear wheel size is 9.0 to 10.5 x 18 inches for 280 to 300 tires.   We also supply rear wheel adapters (for original wheels) and a wheel axle. Only the left-hand exhaust pipe needs to be slightly modified. We offer our own rims here in the store as well as an original cast rim widening - you can choose yourself. We developed a single-sided swingarm for the Yamaha XV 1900. The CNC-milled swingarm fits plug & play in all XV 1900 models. Brake system, wheel mount with central nut and pulley wheel mount (original pulley wheel must be sent to us, will then be reworked) are included in this kit. Up to 280 tires with a 10.0 x 18 wheel can be fitted without a pulley offset kit and the belt runs inside the frame. For all other widths, i.e. 300/330/360, the belt must run outside the frame in order to be able to install the wheel in the middle.In this case, the pulley offset kit (also available here in the store) must be ordered additionally. Bei allen anderen Breiten, also 300/330/360er muss der Riemen außerhalb des Rahmens verlaufen, um das Rad mittig einbauen zu können. This offset kit is required to install a 300 up to 360 rear wheel in the center of the XV 1900. The belt is guided past the frame on the left. The offset pulley is additionally supported with an integrated ball bearing by the CNC-milled engine cover supplied. The original pulley wheel is used here and must be sent to us by mail. When you place your order here in the store, it is best to print out the order confirmation and put it in the package with the original pulley wheel. You then send this to us in Nuedlingen. This single swingarm with integrated, tensionable pinion shaft fits plug & play on all MT 01 models. No changes necessary when installing on the vehicle, you only need a longer brake line and depending on the use of the footrest system, footrest spacers. Our in-house footrest system was specially designed for the wide swingarm conversion and can be ordered here in this category. We widen the original cast wheels of your motorcycle! The advantage is that you can then drive wider or even changed in diameter wheels / tires without having to make further changes to the bike. The wheel hubs remain unchanged, only the rim beds are changed. Of course you have to take into account the clearance wheel-chain, wheel-cardan, wheel-belt and the width of the swingarm. In most cases, the original rim widening for motorcycles is also the most cost-efficient way to realize wheel size changes. For widening, the original rim beds are turned on special lathes and then machine-welded to corresponding larger rim beds using the TIG welding process. The weld is no longer visible in the outer area of the rim beds and the rim looks like a "normal" rim. A strength certificate with identification is enclosed. Note: If you are unsure whether your rim can be widened, send us a picture by mail in advance! We will be happy to advise you. Here's why: Cast rims, which have a rim bed, into which no cast spokes run from the inner star, can generally be widened (that's most rims). However, there are also rims where the cast spokes merge into the rim bed. Here, it is usually difficult or even impossible to widen the wheel. Furthermore, the following applies: A rim can be widened by a maximum of 2.0" in the same diameter, e.g. 3.5" x 17" to a maximum of 5.5" x 17". Wider is also possible, but then the diameter of the rim must be increased by 1", e.g. 5.5" x 17" to 10.0" x 18". The wheels are blasted before processing and must be resurfaced after widening, which we of course also offer - just select the desired variant (coated, painted, polished). Our variants here in the store are always based on delivered 17" or 18" wheels. Other dimensions on request by mail. Here's our inhouse CNC-machined triple clamp set type 1 (Triple clamp sizes: top 30 mm, 1 clamping, below 35 mm, 2 clampings) made from high strength aluminum. Our triple clamp types from type 1 to type 5 are universal triple clamps/fork bridges, which are individually manufactured by us according to your wishes. For even more individual inquiries, please feel free to contact us by mail or phone, we are always happy to advise you and send you an offer by mail. We manufacture triple clamps for almost all standpipe distances, clamp diameters and offsets. Also we can consider original cockpits and ignition locks as well as after sale cockpits that are integrated in the triple clamp (f.e. motoscope pro). Fork covers: It is also possible to prepare the triple clamp for fork covers. Because we have to consider additional things here, please contact us via e-mail or phone. With a fork conversion the following criteria are always to be considered: Which brake system should be used in the fork conversion? (The original brake system or the brake system matching the fork? In that case, please select "Sample via mail" in the variants. They serve exclusively for the measurement. These measurements are so important, because during the production of your desired triple clamp the distance measurements can be taken into account (fork tube distance to each other), so that later the wheel and the brake system can be installed without further adapters.
