Aluminum tube swing arm (for 180 up to 360 tires)
Our aluminum tube swing arm for tires for 180 up to 360. We can supply the swing arm for all chain driven bikes. According to the selected tire width, we manufacture the swing arm exclusively for your bike – the installation works plug & play. Nothing has to be changed on the vehicle itself: Original swing arm out, RFB-swing arm in – done. The integrated, tensionable pinion shaft compensates the chain offset due to the wide tire. The rear wheel is centered to the vehicle at the end (no offset).
Because of the tube construction, the swing arm has great stability and is very light at the same time.
We offer the swing arm with different surface options such as aluminum raw, high-gloss polished or black matte / glossy powdercoated.
Measurements: We need the original rear swing arm, the rear wheel with brake system and sprocket carrier as well as the rear wheel axle with spacers. Simply send us the parts by mail to our address in Germany. We will then send the parts back to you. If we do not need some parts (because we have the measurements already), we will contact you shortly after your order.
Information about the TÜV-entry in Germany: We deliver various documents like technical drawing, material specification, TÜV sample report of an identical vehicle (if available) for the TÜV-Einzelabnahme (individual acceptance). If there are problems with the TÜV-Einzelabnahme, we guarantee the TÜV-entry here at our workshop.
Scope of delivery:
- Aluminum tube swing arm, ready for installation incl. wheel bearings (swing arm is approx. 25-50 mm longer than original swing arm because of integrated pinion shaft)
- pre-assembled pinion shaft and wheel stub axle with eccentric adjustment tensioners and swing arm bearings
- cover pinion shaft
- if double shock absorber is selected: upper frame spacers for shock absorber (Note: You need to measure the length of the frame spacers after the installation of the swing arm. Give us the measurements via e-mail and we will send you the spacers!)
