Where can I get advice?

Of course we are happy to advise you on our products by phone or email. You can reach us Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 12 AM and from 1 PM to 5 PM (german time) on +49 (0) 971 7851 197 or alternatively at our e-mail address info@rf-biketech.de

How does the return process work?

In principle, you have the option of returning your product to us within 14 days. However, please leave us an e-mail or a message in the package so that we know why you have returned the product and where we should refund the money.

Do you have problems with installation? Then contact us first before you send your product back. Sometimes the installation of parts is not so easy without knowing a few tricks. We will of course be happy to help you over the phone or e-mail and give you helpful tips.

Exception custom made products: For custom-made products (e.g. our custom rims, swingarms, triple clamps etc.) there is understandably no 14-day right of return as with normal products. We are of course available to advise you every step of the way. If there are any problems, please contact us - we will find a solution.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery times are listed on the product page for each product. Please note that we only ship from Monday to Friday. If we happen to be on vacation or our company is closed for other reasons, you must of course take this time into account. However, you will of course see a notice in the store and on our website if we are on vacation.

Especially with custom-made products, it can happen that a work step takes longer than expected. However, we are usually in contact with you anyway and will let you know if something is delayed. However, we have already included a buffer in the delivery times here in the store.

How can I pay?

We offer most common payment methods here in the store. You can see all the options below in the footer under "Payment and shipping methods".

What happens after my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation with an order number that is automatically generated by our system. We will then process the order and send it to you via DHL. You will then also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number from DHL. If we have any questions about your order (e.g. for custom-made products), we will contact you by phone or e-mail. The package will also contain the invoice, but you will normally also receive this by email as a PDF (in the case of prepayment anyway).

Which service provider is used for shipping and is the parcel insured?

We ship almost exclusively with DHL. The parcel is insured up to a maximum of 500 euros.

How does the ordering process work for custom-made products?

If you order a custom-made product here in the store (e.g. our custom rims, spoked wheels, triple clamps, wide swingarms etc.), the process is exactly the same as for a normal order. You select your desired variant and place your order. You will then receive an order confirmation from our system. We will then usually contact you by e-mail or telephone and clarify again explicitly how the respective product should be manufactured and discuss all open questions with you.

Alternatively, you can simply contact us before placing your order and we will discuss everything in advance.
