The foot rest system is made of high-strength aluminum and is plug & play mountable. The system is set back approx. 30 mm. The original brake cylinder of the old Z models no longer fits - we use a brake cylinder from newer Kawasaki models, e.g. ZX6R, ZRX7R, ZRX9R from 1995 to 2003. The system also fits all Z 1 / Z 900 models, but these must then be converted to rear disc brakes (original drum brakes). The RS carburetor kits from Mikuni are available for a variety of different motorcycles. These carburetors have proven themselves very well over the years, both on racing and street bikes. The advantages of these carburetors over stock carburetors are more spontaneous throttle response and higher power output. The more spontaneous throttle response results from the throttle slide being actuated directly by the throttle cable, in contrast to the constant-pressure carburetors, which are fitted exclusively as original equipment, where the throttle slide is lifted by a membrane with a delay. The higher power output is due on the one hand to the larger cross-section and on the other to the very good flow conditions in the RS carburetor.
