Here's our inhouse CNC-machined triple clamp set for the BMW K 100/1100 (Top triple clamp cranking: 35 mm) made from high strength aluminum. The triple clamp is manufactured for handlebar stubs that are mounted on top of the upper triple clamp – Note: The triple clamp kit comes WITHOUT handlebar stubs! These are seperately available here in the store. This triple clamp is manufactured individually for your fork conversion. If you have an even more individual inquiry, we kindly ask you to contact us via mail or phone. With a fork conversion the following criteria are always to be considered: Which brake system should be used in the fork conversion? (The original brake system or the brake system matching the fork? Both are possible, but the brake system matching the fork is recommended.) Which front wheel will be used? (The original front wheel or the wheel matching the fork? The wheel matching the fork is recommended.) Clamping diameter of the fork top and bottom Fork tube distance center - center Offset (center steering tube to center fork tube) Dimension of the steering tube (best with a sketch, which you send us in addition to the order via e-mail) Dimension of the steering stops (best with a sketch, which you send us in addition to the order via e-mail) If you are technically proficient enough to measure the desired triple clamp yourself, then please download the following form and send it to us filled out by e-mail with your order number from the store (if you have configured and ordered something here) to info@rf-biketech.de. You then select "Production via sketch" in the variants. We add the missing dimensions (f.e. the heights of the triple clamps etc.) ourselves when we manufacture the triple clamp. They serve exclusively for the measurement. These measurements are so important, because during the production of your desired triple clamp the distance measurements can be taken into account (fork tube distance to each other), so that later the wheel and the brake system can be installed without further adapters. The steering stops or speedometer holders on the respective pictures here will of course look different on your triple clamp than on our sample pictures. The exhaust systems offer a street-legal, yet powerful sound in three sound modes that can be adjusted while driving - from quiet to subtle to a really deep, rich exhaust sound. Attention: We offer the system only for BMW R 18 / BMW R 18 Classic as from 2021. Does not fit for BMW R 18 Roctane and BMW R 18 B. The system is completely legal and is therefore ECE, EG-BE and TÜV-approved (Germany). The software is programmed in such a way that the legal standards are always complied with. This rear swingarm allows the installation of a max. 6" x 17/18 rear wheel rim in conjunction with a 180 to 200 tire, which is then installed in the center of the vehicle. We manufacture the swingarm ourselves in house. Important: The swingarm is only suitable for the "old" K 100 rear wheel drive (see picture, drive NOT included). Furthermore, for this swingarm another central shock absorber mount must be welded to the frame (this is possible e.g. at our workshop). This triple clamp set was specially designed for various BMW models, including the BMW R nineT. The set fits plug & play on the original fork. We manufacture the triple clamp here in house and prepare it for the motogadget motoscope pro, which can also be ordered here in the store. The triple clamp is available in different variants: With adjustable handlebar stubs, with 28.5/22 mm handlebar clamp or completely without stubs/handlebar clamp. Please choose in the variants which version you want purchase. Version with handlebar stubs: The handlebar stubs can be adjusted in height and angle and allow the individual adjustment of the handlebars to the driver (is also visible in the pictures). The adjustment is possible within a few minutes, so you can also quickly and easily change the position during a tour (for example upwards into a high handlebar position or completely down for a very low seating position). No modifications are required on the vehicle to install the kit. We widen the original cast wheels of your motorcycle! The advantage is that you can then drive wider or even changed in diameter wheels / tires without having to make further changes to the bike. The wheel hubs remain unchanged, only the rim beds are changed. Of course you have to take into account the clearance wheel-chain, wheel-cardan, wheel-belt and the width of the swingarm. In most cases, the original rim widening for motorcycles is also the most cost-efficient way to realize wheel size changes. For widening, the original rim beds are turned on special lathes and then machine-welded to corresponding larger rim beds using the TIG welding process. The weld is no longer visible in the outer area of the rim beds and the rim looks like a "normal" rim. A strength certificate with identification is enclosed. Note: If you are unsure whether your rim can be widened, send us a picture by mail in advance! We will be happy to advise you. Here's why: Cast rims, which have a rim bed, into which no cast spokes run from the inner star, can generally be widened (that's most rims). However, there are also rims where the cast spokes merge into the rim bed. Here, it is usually difficult or even impossible to widen the wheel. Furthermore, the following applies: A rim can be widened by a maximum of 2.0" in the same diameter, e.g. 3.5" x 17" to a maximum of 5.5" x 17". Wider is also possible, but then the diameter of the rim must be increased by 1", e.g. 5.5" x 17" to 10.0" x 18". The wheels are blasted before processing and must be resurfaced after widening, which we of course also offer - just select the desired variant (coated, painted, polished). Our variants here in the store are always based on delivered 17" or 18" wheels. Other dimensions on request by mail.
