3-part custom wheel type 10
3-part custom motorcycle wheel type 10 from our company, available for almost all motorcycles - whether single or double arm swingarm. (Wheels for single-sided swingarms are usually asymmetrical, i.e. the outer rim base is narrower than the inner rim base. This can only be determined after measuring the original rims)
Important: We manufacture the rims ourselves, which means we can respond to detailed customer requests. So if you have a special design idea - we can make it a reality! We offer here in the store the most common variants of our rims, but are able to produce special designs of all kinds. So if you are interested, please send us an email or give us a call.
We need the original wheels of your vehicle for the measurement. Please remove brake discs and tires, we also don't need the sprocket carrier for the measurement. Simply send them well packed by mail to RF-Biketech GmbH, Mühlweg 10, 97720 Nuedlingen, Germany. Once we have taken the measurements, we will return the wheels to you intact by mail.
The rims are made of high-strength aluminum using CNC technology here inhouse. We mill the inner part of the rim completely ourselves, the rim beds are delivered to us. The inner part and the rim beds are then screwed together (VA screws) and glued. The tires are mounted tubeless.
The hub adapters for the rims are included in the price. Sprocket carrier of the original rims is further used. Otherwise the wheels are plug & play ready to install, no new wheel spacers or other modifications necessary (of course only if original sizes are chosen).
If you choose wider wheels, rear swingarm or triple clamps have to be changed as well - we offer wide swingarms as well as our own triple clamps here in the store. Just give us a call or write an email if you have any questions, we'll be happy to advise you!

Rims can be delivered high gloss polished, bicolor (rims are coated in color and the contours of the inner part then milled again, so that these edges and pockets appear again in aluminum silver) or also in RAL powder coated. We offer here in the store only black-matte and black-glossy, other colors quite simply ask by mail and we send you an offer.
The rims are delivered ready to install including wheel bearings.
Sizes from 3.5" x 17 (18) to 12.5" x 18. Other sizes available on request!
Scope of delivery:
- Motorcycle rim, ready for installation, incl. wheel bearings
- TÜV documents: technical drawing, material specification - here a TÜV-Einzelabnahme is required (can be carried out at a competent TÜV office on site, alternatively at our premises by appointment)
