Product information "Pulley Offset Kit XV 1900"

This offset kit is required to install a 300 up to 360 rear wheel in the center of the XV 1900. The belt is guided past the frame on the left. The offset pulley is additionally supported with an integrated ball bearing by the CNC-milled engine cover supplied.

The original pulley wheel is used here and must be sent to us by mail. When you place your order here in the store, it is best to print out the order confirmation and put it in the package with the original pulley wheel. You then send this to us in Nuedlingen. (Muehlweg 10, 97720 Nüdlingen, Bavaria, Germany)

Note: The pulley on the rear wheel must of course be set outwards with the appropriate spacers.

XV 1900 Schwingen

Single swing arm XV 1900 (for wide tires from 280 up to 360)

We developed a single-sided swingarm for the Yamaha XV 1900. The CNC-milled swingarm fits plug & play in all XV 1900 models. Brake system, wheel mount with central nut and pulley wheel mount (original pulley wheel must be sent to us, will then be reworked) are included in this kit. Up to 280 tires with a 10.0 x 18 wheel can be fitted without a pulley offset kit and the belt runs inside the frame. For all other widths, i.e. 300/330/360, the belt must run outside the frame in order to be able to install the wheel in the middle.In this case, the pulley offset kit (also available here in the store) must be ordered additionally. Scope of delivery: Completely pre-assembled CNC-machined aluminum swingarm incl. wheel mount with central nut and rear brake system, incl. swingarm bearings TÜV documents for individual TÜV registration/TÜV-Einzelabnahme (also possible in our company by arrangement) – this applies for Germany only Fitting wheels/tire sizes: We recommend our 3-part custom rims (here in the store) in the following sizes: 10.0 x 18 for 280, 10.5 x 18 for 300, 12.0 x 17 for 330 and 12.5 x 18 for 360 tire.

Speziell für die Yamaha XV 1900 haben wir eine CNC-gefräste Doppelarmschwinge auf Aluminium gefertigt. Bis 280er Reifen mit 10.0 x 18 Rad ist ohne Pulleyversatzkit einbaufähig und der Riemen läuft innerhalb des Rahmens. Bei allen anderen Breiten, also 300/330/360er muss der Riemen außerhalb des Rahmens verlaufen, um das Rad mittig einbauen zu können. In diesem Fall muss dann zwingend der Pulleyversatzkit (auch hier im Shop) bestellt werden. Lieferumfang: CNC-gefertigte Aluschwinge inkl. Radlagern und Radsteckachse TÜV-Unterlagen für TÜV-Einzeleintrag (TÜV-Eintrag nach Absprache auch bei uns möglich)
