Our single swing arm for tires for 240 up to 360. We can supply the swing arm for all chain driven bikes. According to the selected tire width, we manufacture the swing arm exclusively for your bike – the installation works plug & play. Nothing has to be changed on the vehicle itself: Original swing arm out, RFB-swing arm in – done. The integrated, tensionable pinion shaft compensates the chain offset due to the wide tire. The rear wheel is centered to the vehicle at the end (no offset). The installation of a single swingarm can only be done on motorcycles that are originally equipped with a central shock absorber, i.e. motorcycles with double shock absorbers would first have to be converted to central shock absorbers (we can do this too, please contact us by mail). We offer the swing arm with different surface options such as aluminum raw, high-gloss polished or black matte / glossy powdercoated. Measurements: We need the original rear swing arm, the rear wheel with brake system and sprocket carrier as well as the rear wheel axle with spacers. Simply send us the parts by mail to our address in Germany. We will then send the parts back to you. If we do not need some parts (because we have the measurements already), we will contact you shortly after your order. Information about the TÜV-entry in Germany: We deliver various documents like technical drawing, material specification, TÜV sample report of an identical vehicle (if available) for the TÜV-Einzelabnahme (individual acceptance). If there are problems with the TÜV-Einzelabnahme, we guarantee the TÜV-entry here at our workshop. Fitting rear wheel for the single swing arm: With our double swing arms it is possible to install almost any rim or the original rim, with our single sided swing arms, the rim has to fit exactly for the swing arm. We offer fitting rims here in the store. We can extend your original aluminum swing arm (no steel swing arms, no tube swing arms and no single swing arms). The swing arm will be extended by max. 135 mm. Please tell us by e-mail by which measure the swing arm should be extended! Price stays the same, no matter if 20 mm or 135 mm. The extension will be CNC-milled in our factory and welded in a jig, i.e. the tension remains the same (original wheel tensioner and wheel stub axle will therefore continue to be used). If due to any circumstances an extension is not possible or if any brackets have to be moved, we will of course inform you in advance because of possible additional costs. The swingarm can be returned after the extension in raw condition, but it is also possible to have it polished or coated.
