Z 900 RS rim high gloss polishing
We offer to high gloss polish your Z 900 RS / Z 900 RS Cafe rims! You send us the rim by mail without tires, without brake discs and without wheel bearings and we polish / compress them to a high gloss finish. Even the rough castings in the inner bed will be perfectly smoothed and give the rims a great finish.

Additional info about the process:
- 1. You order the high gloss polishing here in our onlineshop.
- 2. You remove the rim and send it to us by mail without tires, without brake discs and without wheel bearings.
- 3. We high gloss polish the rim at our workshop. (Processing time approx. 1-2 weeks)
- 4. We send you the high gloss polished rim back by mail.
We can also do the whole process ourselves – but then we need the vehicle on site. If you are interested, just give us a call or send us an e-mail.
Cleaning and care:
Your rims are protected by the polishing by a wax layer, so that the shine is permanently maintained with normal care. The rims can be cleaned normally with water and detergent. We still recommend to repolish the rim from time to time with an aluminum polish such as Never Dull or Luster Pad.
TÜV information (for Germany):
High gloss compacting does NOT reduce the strength of the rim, in fact the surface gets a higher strength. A good TÜV-engineer knows this and will also register the high gloss compacting for you. However, this entry will not work everywhere, so we guarantee the TÜV entry in our house, should there be any problems.
High gloss polishing of the rim beds is not subject to registration.
