Single swing arm XV 1900 (for wide tires from 280 up to 360)
We developed a single-sided swingarm for the Yamaha XV 1900. The CNC-milled swingarm fits plug & play in all XV 1900 models. Brake system, wheel mount with central nut and pulley wheel mount (original pulley wheel must be sent to us, will then be reworked) are included in this kit.
Up to 280 tires with a 10.0 x 18 wheel can be fitted without a pulley offset kit and the belt runs inside the frame. For all other widths, i.e. 300/330/360, the belt must run outside the frame in order to be able to install the wheel in the middle.In this case, the pulley offset kit (also available here in the store) must be ordered additionally.
Scope of delivery:
- Completely pre-assembled CNC-machined aluminum swingarm incl. wheel mount with central nut and rear brake system, incl. swingarm bearings
- TÜV documents for individual TÜV registration/TÜV-Einzelabnahme (also possible in our company by arrangement) – this applies for Germany only
Fitting wheels/tire sizes:
We recommend our 3-part custom rims (here in the store) in the following sizes: 10.0 x 18 for 280, 10.5 x 18 for 300, 12.0 x 17 for 330 and 12.5 x 18 for 360 tire.
