This custom Z 1000 is one of the most complex Z conversions we have done over the years. On the vehicle all aluminum and steel parts are chromed, so all parts had to be sanded and polished.

✔️ Engine: GPZ 1100 UT, bored to 1170 cc, steeled, painted and overhauled, external oil risers with specially milled connectors with engraving, engine cover bright chrome plated
✔️ Conversion to free programmable injection (Ignijet)
✔️ Footrest system RFB chromed
✔️ Rear steel swingarm with upper stabiliser and integrated turn signals (in upper linkage), right swingarm linkage rebuilt as oil reservoir with oil sight glass (for more oil quantity)
✔️ Horizontal central shock absorber with special lifting linkage
✔️ Exhaust system 4 in 1 in 4, tail pipe outlet in rear section
✔️ Rear conversion kit RFB with double rear light
✔️ rear frame completely rebuilt to customer specifications and pipe routing changed
✔️ Frame completely high gloss chrome plated
✔️ Special pillion footrests for quick disassembly and assembly in the frame tube
✔️ USD fork from ZX9R with triple clamps type 3 XX-Large and four-piece alucoverset RFB, all parts high gloss chrome plated
✔️ Motoscope digital cockpit and Motogadget Sign display integrated in the tank
✔️ Aircraft tank cap
✔️ Steering damper
