We have been customizing motorcycles since 1997, no matter what brand and model. It all started with the conversion of the “old” Kawasaki Z-models. Now we build superbikes, cafe racers, scramblers, choppers and much more… according to our customers’ wishes. Whether you already own the “base vehicle” or would like to purchase the complete bike from us, is entirely up to you. Since we design and manufacture almost all custom parts ourselves, there is almost no limit to the implementation of your wishes.

SWING ARMS AND WIDE WHEEL CONVERSIONS.

We manufacture individual swing arms here inhouse – we’re well known for our wide wheel conversion up to 360 tires. Since everyone must decide for themselves whether a wide tires is something for them, a few words about the drivability: Contrary to popular opinion “these wide tires can only drive straight forward”, we have tested this extensively over years on the road and on the race track – tires between 240 and 300 are absolutely suitable for everyday use! Of course, the effort to push the bike into the curve increases with the width of the rear tire, but high speed are still possible, the joy of driving stays the same.

CUSTOM SWING ARMS

SWING ARM EXTENSION.

With the swing arm extension, the original swing arm of your bike is extended (drag race look). Usually the last end (clamping part) of the swingarm is cut off and CNC-milled, longer clamping parts (max. 150 mm longer) are welded in, which are individually manufactured for the respective swingarm. In Germany, the swing arm then can be TÜVed with a TÜV-Einzelabnahme.

SWING ARM CONVERSIONS

SWING ARMS FOR WIDE WHEELS.

Thanks to the development of a tensionable, integrated pinion shaft in our swing arms, we can install tires of any width (240, 260, 280, 300, 330, 360) exactly in the center of the vehicle. This means that the swing arm conversion is very easy to install on the one hand, and on the other hand it can also be removed again at any time.

SWING ARM CONVERSIONS

OUR VARIETY OF SWING ARMS.

All kinds of swing arms – Wide swing arm, Double swing arm (Type 1 and Type 2), single swing arm or tube swing arm as well as individual swing arms according to samples or to our customers special wishes. We design them individually for each vehicle on our CAD/CAM system and manufacture in our CNC milling center and welded in welding gauges. We also offer swingarms for various cardan-driven vehicles.

All swingarm types are of course also available for original tires, without integrated pinion shaft!

Of course, we can also do individual custom swing arms according to your wishes – we already have the relevant dimenstions for many vehicles stored in our archives, otherwise we need your original swing arm as a sample – then, we take the necessary dimensions for production.

CUSTOM WHEELS AND WHEEL WIDENING.

Wide tire conversion, swap wheels in the original sizes, just a front wheel for a fork conversion or “just” a wide rear wheel? Wheels are not only an important thing for a motorcycle conversion from a technical point of view, but also shapes the overall look of the finished bike enourmously. We got something for every taste in our variety of custom wheels.

CUSTOM RIMS AND WHEEL WIDENING

SPOKE RIMS.

Our spoked wheels give your bike a classic touch and are manufactured by us in all possible sizes and for almost any motorcycle (chain-, belt- or cardan-driven). For the installation of the spoked wheels, the matching wheel hubs are the most important component. We also manufacture these individually in our workshop, so that the finished spoke wheels fit plug & play into the vehicle. For the measurement we need the original wheels of your bike.

We distinguish between aluminum or steel/stainless steel rims. For widths up to 5.5″ we use aluminum rims as standard, above we use steel or stainless steel spoke rims. For wider rims over 7″ up to max. 10″ or for bikes with an engine power beyond 140 HP, we usually use 60 spokes (instead of 40) due to the higher strength.

SPOKED RIMS

ALL ABOUT WHEEL HUBS.

Of course, you can also purchase the required wheel hub (e.g. for a fork conversion) individually from us. We manufacture the right wheel hub for your conversion either from a drawing or from your sample rim. Any rim ring can then be spoked onto these wheel hubs.

We manufacture the wheel hubs in a way that they then fit plug & play in your bike without any additional adapters or wheel spacers. We design the rear wheel hubs so that the original sprocket carrier with shock absorbers can still be used. If not available, we also supply the sprocket carrier and shock absorbers.

Front wheel hubs are manufactured in such a way that brake disks and any speedometer drive fit as original. The wheel hubs are supplied polished, anodized or colour powder-coated ready for installation, including wheel hubs.

CUSTOM WHEELS AND WHEEL WIDENING

3-PART CUSTOM WHEELS.

Very popular also: our 3-part, CNC-manufactured motorcycle wheels/rims from our own production. We offer various designs, however, it is also possible to your own design wishes here (we of course take the necessary rim star cross-sections into consideration).

A picture or a sketch of the design is enough for us. We manufacture these rims in almost all sizes, up to a maximum width of 13″. Here, the respective wheel hub adapters are made individually for your bike, so that the wheels can be installed in the vehicle without further modifications. For the measurement we need again your original wheels.

WE WIDEN YOUR WHEELS

CAST RIM WIDENING.

This type of rim widening has the advantage that you only have to send us the original rear wheel rim. We will then widen it (up to a maximum of 12.5″). The front wheel remains original and the widened rear wheel still fits perfectly. Also usually the cheapest solution for a wider rear wheel.

TRIPLE CLAMPS AND FORK CONVERSIONS.

Another specialty of us is the production of individual triple clamps and complete fork conversions. We have a variety of triple clamps (type 1 to type 6). Since we design the triple clamps ourselves and manufacture them on our CNC-machines, we have the possibility to realize alomst any customer request.

No matter if you are interested in special designs or triple clamps with integrated digital cockpits – we can make almost anything possible here. Of course, we can TÜV the fork conversions (for Germany). We will be happy to advise you personally.

TRIPLE CLAMPS AND FORK CONVERSIONS

TRIPLE CLAMPS TYPE 1 – TYPE 6

Here you can see our standard triple clamps – these are available in all possible clamp diameters, offsets and fork spacings. You can choose the surface in raw aluminum, high gloss polished or colored powder coated.

Type 1, type 2 and type 4 differ mainly in their width and the number of clamping screws. Type 3 is a cranked triple clamp, which is mainly used for length compensation of “too short” forks. All types of triple clamps are always manufactured individually for the vehicle and the desired fork, which means that you can always use the original handlebar head bearings for installation.

TRIPLE CLAMPS AND FORK CONVERSIONS

TYPE 5: INTEGRATED HANDLEBAR STUBS.

Our triple clamp type 5 is also supplied with integrated handlebar stubs, which are continously adjustable in height and angle. The adjustment is possible within a few minutes by means of an allen key.

This means: Ride comfortably in high handlebar position to the motorcycle meet-up, take your allen key out, briefly adjust – and the bike is in cafe racer position with stubs set down – let’s go, quarter mile!
