Liability for the contents of our websites

Pursuant to Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these Internet pages within the scope of general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for indications of illegal activities. Legal obligations to remove or block content or information or to block the use of our website are excluded. However, liability can only arise from the point in time at which we have become aware of a specific infringement.
